Your experience begins with pasta-making: the chef will walk you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling fresh pasta dough, followed by preparing delicious sauces that will elevate your dish. You’ll gain hands-on experience making sauces such as tomato or Alfredo

Next, you’ll dive into the creation of the iconic tiramisu. With the chef’s expert guidance, you’ll learn how to layer mascarpone cream, soak the perfect ladyfingers, and assemble this beloved Italian dessert.
