Itinerary and highlights

Meet at Punggol Waterway Point. The quick bike check and safety briefing by the guide before setting off on a scenic sunrise ride. The cool morning air and quiet streets make for the perfect start to the day.

As the sky starts to lighten, you’ll cycle along Punggol Waterway Park towards Sunrise Deck. This is the perfect spot to pause for the view of sun rising, and snap some photos to capture the serene moment.

Originally a landfill site, it has been transformed into an eco-friendly wetland designed to treat water naturally while supporting a thriving ecosystem.

As dawn breaks, we make a stop at Punggol Promenade Nature Walk, a peaceful waterfront stretch offering an beautiful view of the sunrise.

Head to Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT) @ Punggol for a classic Singaporean breakfast. Enjoy freshly toasted kaya butter bread paired with a hot cup of kopi or teh while soaking in the peaceful morning atmosphere. It’s a simple yet satisfying way to refuel before continuing the journey.

With energy restored, the ride continues towards Coney Island. The quiet, tree-lined paths of the island offer a refreshing escape from the city, with a chance to spot native wildlife such as otters, kingfishers, lizard or even the occasional monkey.

This area was once a key landing site during World War II and holds remnants of Punggol’s past as a fishing and farming community. Today, it’s a blend of heritage and modern leisure, making it a great mid-ride stop to soak in the relaxed, waterfront vibes.

Cross the Jewel Bridge, an Instagram-worthy spot with stunning waterfront view. And end the tour at Waterway Point where you can cool down, return your bike, and perhaps treat yourself to a well-deserved coffee or meal at one of the many cafes and eateries nearby.
