Itinerary and highlights

The Pantheon is one of the ancient monuments of Rome, which is 95% intact as 2000 years ago. There is no guide inside.

Also during this tour, travelers will have the opportunity to admire one of the largest and most famous fountains in Rome, namely the Trevi Fountain.

The famous square built by the Pamphili family at the behest of Pope Giovanni Battista Pamphili. Beautiful both day and night, especially if you want to admire it from above.

Being in the center of Piazza Venezia you can admire many monuments and historic buildings including here: Il Vittoriano (which would then be one of the newest monuments in Rome), Palazzo Venezia which was built at the time on commission of the Venetian cardinal Pietro Barbo with travertine taken from the Colosseum and from the Teatro Marcello. Trajan's column with its almost 40 meters high. The Buonaparte Palace.

The famous Circus Maximus dedicated to horse racing, located between the first and third hills of Rome.

The beautiful Piazza di Spagna which owes its name to the famous Palazzo di Spagna, home of the Spanish embassy.

The Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore in Rome is one of the four papal basilicas. Despite being the smallest in size, this does not mean that it does not have its charm like the other larger ones ...

Also called the Cathedral of Rome, and the first of the four papal basilicas and also the oldest and most important of the west ....
Consecrated in 324 after Christ

This too is one of the four papal basilicas and is the second largest after St. Peter's in the Vatican. Don't miss his visit during the tour.

St. Peter's Basilica is officially the symbol of the Vatican State. It is also the largest papal basilica with its imposing San Pietro square which crowns it with its columns and statues.

Built between 130 and 139 AD. the Mausoleo Adriano is one of the few monuments on the bank of the Tiber river from the Vatican side.
It is connected to the Vatican State through a fortified corridor modified several times over time.

Although not part of the Seven Hills of ancient Rome, with its height of about 88 meters located on the bank of the Tiber River opposite the ancient city, it offers a breathtaking view of the Ancient City.
At the top of this hill there is also the Garibaldi Monument, a statue inaugurated on September 20, 1895 for the twenty-fifth anniversary of the capture of Rome.
Every day at midday, a cannon firing blanks indicates with a shot the exact time for all the churches in the surroundings so they can ring from the bell tower at the same time and not as the clock of each church indicated, creating only chaos.
To visit this hill preferably at midday on the dot.
