The Catacombs of Saint Callixtus in Rome are an extensive network of underground burial chambers dating back to the 2nd century AD. The ancient Appian Way in Rome is one of the oldest and most important roads in ancient history. It served as a vital trade route and is lined with ancient tombs and landmarks, offering a glimpse into the rich history of the Roman Empire.
