- We are inside the ONDINA sports club (blue gate). On the left of blue gate, there is a RED VERTICAL BOARD. To enter, press the white button inside the board and then go down the stairs. By Public Transport: hop off at the Metro A stop "Lepanto" and continue on foot for 5 minutes towards Lungotevere.

- Riding Experience: A basic cycling level is mandatory.
- Guide's Discretion: A pre-departure test is conducted. The guide may deny participation (no refund) if a guest is unsuitable due to lack of ability or health concerns.

- Children: Children (under 139cm/4ft 7in) must use a bike extension (tag-along/trailer)
