You’ll cook alongside Chef Giuseppe's team in a peaceful Roman garden, away from the crowds yet still within Rome. With small groups (maximum 15 guests per instructor), the atmosphere remains intimate, relaxed, and personal, allowing for attentive guidance throughout the class.
Over 3.5 hours, you’ll be guided by a licensed Mastro Pizzaiolo and Pasta Maker, learning genuine techniques and professional methods you can take home with confidence. You’ll prepare three different doughs and enjoy your handmade meal paired with wine from our own vineyard.

Join Chef Giuseppe and his team for a hands-on culinary class in a warm and welcoming setting.
What you’ll do:
1) Meet us at Laurentina metro station or come directly to the venue
2) Make and bake your own pizza in a real wood-fired oven
3) Learn three different doughs: pizza dough, egg pasta dough, and water-based pasta dough
4) Shape 2 different types of traditional fresh pasta by hand
4) Cook two pasta dishes with two authentic sauces
5) Enjoy the food you prepared in our Roman countryside patio
6) Sip unlimited wine and water during the meal
7) Finish with homemade tiramisù and a Limoncello tasting
