About this experience
Hands-on class: every participants will work and make their roman pasta by themselves.
Everybody has an individual cooking station in order to prepare and cook by yourself... so you can really enjoy what you did...
We can welcome to small groups, with 10 participants max.

This is what you're going to do:
- everybody has a cooking station
- 3 recipes: Amatriciana, Carbonara and cacio e pepe
- everybody will make this 3 recipes and everybody will eat what they've done
- water and wine included
- the class is open to local italians guests and foreigners tourists are welcome too
- the chef is able to talk italian and fluent english in order to explain to everybody... by the way it's an hands-on experience, more work less talk
