Meeting and pickup information
- Wait in your hotel lobby or at the main entrance to your Accommodation. If you arrive at the Airport or Station, the driver will be waiting for you at the head of the arrival platform with a prominent sign bearing the name of the Lead Traveler.
- Please provide your exact arrival details (flight number, train number, or hotel name). The driver will meet you in the airport arrivals hall, at the end of the train platform, or in the hotel lobby. The driver will be holding a clearly visible sign with the lead traveler's name. For airport and port arrivals, please proceed past the baggage claim area to meet the driver.
