For the entirety of its two millennia, the Pantheon has been used as a place of worship. It was first built as a temple to the Roman Gods around 126 AD, and became a church after the Empire converted to Christianity in the 7th century. Your guide will give you presentation from outside the attraction.
Piazza Navona is a lively Roman square, known for its Baroque fountains, street artists, and vibrant atmosphere, built on an ancient stadium's ruins.
Ponte Sant'Angelo is a Roman bridge in Rome, Italy, adorned with angel statues, linking the city center to Castel Sant'Angelo across the Tiber River.
Since we are visiting after sunset we do not go inside but your tour ends at Castel Sant’Angelo. This castle is a vast cylindrical fortress of stone and brick, located in Parco Adriano opposite St. Peter’s Square. The oldest parts of the castle were built between 123-139 AD as a funerary tomb for the Roman Emperor Hadrian, and it was at that time the tallest building in Rome; it is still sometimes referred to as The Mausoleum of Hadrian.
