Itinerary and highlights
Next to the Colosseum, you will see the triumphal Arch of Constantine, dedicated to the emperor Constantine the Great.
Continuing with our tour, we will visit Via del Fori Imperiali, that runs in a straight line from Colosseum to Piazza Venezia. Forum of Trajan, Forum of Augustus and Forum of Nerva can be seen on both sides of this historic road.
Next, we will arrive in Piazza Venezia, an iconic square in Rome. Here you will see the marvellous Altare della Patria.
Circus Maximus, situated in ancient Rome between the Palatine and Aventine hills, was the largest chariot racing venue of its time, measuring 600 meters in length and capable of seating up to 150,000 spectators, showcasing the grandeur and popularity of chariot races in Roman entertainment culture.
The Mouth of Truth, or Bocca Della Verità, is a famous marble mask located in Rome, Italy, specifically against the left wall of the Santa Maria in Cosmedin church, at the Piazza Della Bocca Della Verità, near the ancient Forum Boarium. This historical artifact, often associated with legends of its ability to bite off the hands of liars, has become a popular tourist attraction and symbol of truth and honesty from Roman mythology.
Our next stop is the Pantheon, the best-preserved ancient building in Rome.
Our last stop is the most famous fountain in Rome, Fontana di Trevi. Be ready to take memorable pictures and don't forget to toss some coins if you want to return to Rome!
Piazza Navona is one of the largest and most popular squares in Rome. You will see here 3 impressive fountains, including the famous Fountain of the Four Rivers. Surrounding the square, there are restaurants and street artists who add a lively atmosphere to the scene.
The Piazza di Spagna, or Spanish Steps, is a famed landmark in Rome, located in a vibrant neighborhood that boasts high-end shopping along Via dei Condotti, Via Frattina, and Via del Babuino, alongside notable seventeenth and eighteenth-century villas that add to its historic charm and allure.
