This experience takes place in an elegant Studio in the heart of Rome, with attention to detail and full of atmosphere. Here, Cantiere Gastronomico doesn't just offer you a cooking lesson: it invites you to build together a path made of authentic gestures, real flavors and shared passion. We will prepare together different shapes of fresh pasta and a classic tiramisu, starting from scratch and step by step. Each movement will be an opportunity to tell a story, learn something new and create a memory to take with you.
Our project was born with the idea of growing together with our guests, and is enriched by the culinary experience of our team. For us cooking is about building bonds, memory and beauty. It is more than a course : it is a moment to live and tell, together.

Itinerary and highlights

The lesson takes place in an elegant location in the center of Rome, a few steps from Piazza Venezia and Trevi Fountain, in the heart of the historic center. In this manicured and charming space, you will learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta: fettuccine and ravioli. Starting from simple and genuine ingredients, you will knead and shape the dough following the gestures of true Italian tradition.
You will be led by a passionate team, also formed thanks to the cultivated experience of our team in the hospitality and catering industry.
We will share with you techniques, curiosities and little culinary secrets, in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
After the pasta, we will move on to dessert: tiramisu, which you will prepare with your own hands following the classic recipe, enriched by your personal touch. At the end of the lesson, we will sit together to enjoy everything we have made, accompanied by a good glass of wine.
