Meeting and pickup information
- Our office is located at Via Tunisi 5A, just a 2-minute walk (approx. 10 meters) from the entrance to the Vatican Museums. Look for the building number 5A on Via Tunisi. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your ticket time to check in. Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
- Please Note: We are not responsible for partial closures within the Vatican Museums or the Sistine Chapel. No refunds will be provided if specific areas are closed due to special events. Refunds will only be issued if the entire site is closed and the visit cannot take place.
