About this experience
This is the only guided food tour in Vancouver that visits three Michelin-recognized restaurants in one evening. Suyo Modern Peruvian (Michelin Plate, Vancouver Magazine Gold winner three years running), Published on Main (Michelin star, #17 North America’s 50 Best 2026), and Good Thief (Michelin Bib Gourmand) are all pre-booked and pre-arranged. Your evening begins at Suyo Modern Peruvian, a Michelin Plate restaurant at 3475 Main Street and Vancouver Magazine’s Gold winner for Best Latin American Restaurant three years running. Led by chef Ricardo Valverde, Suyo has been credited with raising the standard for fine dining in the Latin American genre in Vancouver.
Guests receive a chef-selected tasting of Peruvian small plates paired with a welcome cocktail from one of the most recognized cocktail programs in the city. Modern Peruvian cuisine blends Indigenous, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese culinary traditions into one of the world’s most distinctive food cultures. Led by executive chef Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson, whose background includes Noma in Copenhagen, guests receive a chef-selected spread of snacks built around local BC seasonal ingredients. At Good Thief, travellers will step into a vibrant, modern space inspired by Vietnamese “món nhậu” culture, which celebrates eating, drinking, and sharing small plates with friends. They will enjoy a selection of chef-favourite dishes such as rich beef tartare and crispy frog legs glazed in tamarind, alongside innovative cocktails crafted with expert technique and unique, locally inspired ingredients. To finish, guests will experience one or two of Good Thief’s rotating desserts, reflecting the chefs’ creativity and seasonal flavours. The atmosphere is lively and warm, making it the perfect place to savour bold flavours and enjoy engaging conversation in an authentic Vancouver setting
