What is included
- Tasting of 10 Tapas with wine tasting and explanation of Spanish gastronomy through those Tapas.
- The menu can be adapted to any type of diet: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.
- You'll start by visiting La Boquería market accompanied by the chef or his assistant.
- The cooking class consists of preparing a complete gourmet menu guided by a professional chef.
- A complete menu with drinks and coffees served in Imperial table format.

Itinerary and highlights
Premium cooking class with chef. All participants cook all the dishes on the Menu. For example, a Paella is cooked for every 2-3.
In an emblematic place in Barcelona. In the historic center of the city. It is an 18th century apartment that belongs to a Catalan aristocracy family, completely renovated and maintaining all its majesty.
It includes a tour of the La Boquería market you will do with our chef that you will do with our chef and he will explain from anecdotes about the sellers themselves to the history of Catalan gastronomy.
Also included is a tasting of 10 Tapas accompanied by different wines and an explanation of Spanish gastronomy through these Tapas. A "Sangría" Preparation Workshop is also included, with Cava or wine.
The cooking workshop is designed so that each participant is involved in the experience, the chef and his assistant will participate with them by giving some instructions in the cooking process.
As a menu we will cook Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelet and Crema Catalana for dessert. The menu can be adapted to any type of diet.
Once everything is ready, it will be served on an Imperial table.
