- For airport arrivals, after collecting your luggage and passing customs, please proceed to the arrivals hall. Your driver or representative will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead passenger's name. For cruise port pickups, your driver will be waiting outside the cruise terminal with a sign displaying the lead passenger's name. For train station pickups, your driver will meet you at the designated station meeting point with a sign displaying the lead passenger's name. For hotel, apartment, or other city pickups, your driver will wait at the main entrance or agreed pickup location. To ensure a smooth pickup, please keep your mobile phone switched on and reachable on the day of travel. Flight arrivals are monitored for airport pickups, and pickup times will be adjusted accordingly in case of delays.
