The experience begins with a guided tour of the vineyards and winery, where you will learn about the production philosophy of Eredi dei Papi, the volcanic soil and the work done in the vineyard and cellar.
Afterwards you will take part in a guided tasting of four wines – "Fuorionda" Metodo Classico, "Piperino" Metodo Classico, "Distinto" IGT Lazio Cesanese and "Composto" IGT Lazio Rosso – each accompanied by a course designed to enhance its aromas, structure and balance.
Along the way you will discover the principles of food and wine pairing and how ingredients, textures and flavors can transform the perception of each glass.

Meeting and pickup information
- Enter the main gate and walk down the avenue following the signs for "welcome - cellar". Do not stop at the first farmhouse you will find in front of the end of the avenue but continue right towards the new structure dedicated to hospitality. For any need do not hesitate to contact us.
