For airport arrivals, your driver will monitor your flight and contact you by phone or WhatsApp using the number provided in the booking. At Barcelona Airport Terminal 1 (T1), after you exit the arrivals area, you will see the restaurant/café called Como. Your driver will be waiting there with a signboard showing your name. At Terminal 2 (T2), your driver will meet you at the arrivals exit with a signboard showing your name. For hotel pickup, the driver will meet you outside the main entrance of your hotel. For cruise port pickup, the driver will meet you at the cruise terminal exit. Please provide your flight number, arrival terminal, hotel address or cruise terminal, passenger count, luggage details, and a working phone number with WhatsApp.
